Another bow-kill gobbler for Bea

Sat, May 21, 2016

Opening morning of turkey season found Bea Walmsley in familiar territory on her annual bow hunt thanks to the new farm owners Ken and Jay!

At daybreak, turkeys gobbled both directions and after only 1 hour and 20 minutes in the blind, Ole “Stuffed Nosed Tommy” did his thing and brought the birds right in.

A Muzzy through the chest and out the rear end made short work of the Gobbler. He only made it into the timber 100 yards where his “buddies” then had their way with him!

Way to go Bea!                                        I forgot to ask Tim how your season went. He was to busy talking about Cupcake!
And on the opening morning….usually it the last day.
Great shot on that big tom!
