I had the recipe for the tongue and did the hearts the same way. Before smoking I season them up real good, put them in stockinettes and smoke em. I slice them real thin on a slicer, one of the best roast beef sandwiches you will ever have. My Grandma used to cook them in the oven and they were great but that is one thing she cooked that I can not match. Looks like fishen may be out calling for showers both days. May have to Teriyaki/Garlic up some chicken wings Fri. to cook Sun. on the grill, or I just made some Garlic/Onion, Horseradish and Italian deer sausages last Sun. may throw them on the grill also and sit and watch guys turn left all afternoon. and have a fight with Mr. Beam again. Bought some of that new Ocean Spray Cranberry/Cherry drink the other day, it goes pretty good with Mr. Vodka.
