Does anyone know if there are any hydrographics (hydro dipping) places in central ILL.  Would love to find someone around Peoria that does it.  But anyone in the area would work.

I know of a few places in NW illinois that do the camo dipping, but they are about 2 hours north of Peoria so that probably wont work for you.

If it comes down to it and you can’t find anyone within two hours, you could save gas, buy a kit, and try it yourself!  I never knew how they did that until I watched some youtube videos.  AMAZING!

If it runs, flies, or drives, I’m interested!

Matt where’s your place located. I contacted a company in Rockford and they wanted $150. They said I needs to have the gun completely broken down. I’ve never totally broken down my Remington 870 Express. How hard can it really be??? I’m sure a gun smith could do it for a minimal charge.

GBob, I found a guy by me in Peoria that will do it for 150.  He won’t tare it down either.  He said since he doesn’t have a FOID, he can’t handle it if it functions.  So I guess that means the guts need taken out.  Thats probably what the guy in Rockford is wanting also.
