WTF- I will try and post a pic tomorrow. Smallest fawn I’ve ever seen walked in front of truck with Momma last night. Might have stood 8-9 inches at the shoulder. Chihuahua is seriously about the size of it. I stopped and got out of truck as it was too small to climb up the ditch. Momma stayed 10yds away but let me take a cpl camera phone shots.

I can’t resist guys please excuse my sense of humor, but I can’t help but remember a post titled What did I see? I think posted by Berlin. This makes me think Somebody who recently posted about a super small fawn and Berlin are hanging out participating in the same activity that perhaps is causing them to see things…. lol sorry again just being my silly self…. I do NOT partake of any such activities but have heard there are things people do that can cause them to see things distorted…lol

Now come on guys, I said I was sober that morning and that includes any mind altering drugs also. Standing on a stack of Bibles and swearing on my grandkids health I saw what I saw. I would assume the doe was young herself since you was close to her? And maybe it was born a little pre-mature.

Sounds like they dropped a couple weeks early.  Probably from one of those young hussies out there getting bred early.

I mowed down my 10 acre clover field last wk, and regretably-hit two fawns. With 3 foot tall weeds/grass in thick clover very early in the year, no matter how hard I tried to spot them, I couldn’t-and they held tight- talk about a sick feeling.

My tenant lost a 30 acre wheat field to grass and had to mow it down to bale. I didn’t even want to drive that field to see how many he hit with the hay conditioner.

That sucks, Tim.  I hate doing that.  There’s just no way to see them unless Momma takes off and gives you time to get stopped.
