Anyone have a good recipe for smoked spare-ribs???Im also lookin for a decent rub for them….Thank-ya Guys and gals!!!

Got the ribs in!!!Doing the 3-2-1 thing and on 2 now. Im am using the celery u mentioned 247 and rubbed them last night with my rub and brown sugar:)

Mine went from frozen to choice in less than 2 hours on the open fire…
