Hello all,

I was just wondering if people are seeing fawns.  I’ve seen
does out and about but not with any fawns.  I don’t know if with all the rain
and thick cover if they have them hidden or something to be
concerned with….

Just wondering what everybody else is seeing.

I saw my first fawn on May 31, holy cow was she tiny, mostly been seeing them at dusk. Unfortunately they are mostly singles around us, 1 set of twins, which is not going to help repopulate my area.

I have just started to see them myself, I just checked my cards on my trail cams and have numerous pics of them, but no twins, only singles.

Good news, one finally showed up on
the trail cam.  Looks good and healthy!
Would like to see a few more but…we’ll see.

With all the rain we have received this year, hopefully that translates to not having an EHD epidemic.

I’ve been seeing 2 sets of twins for a while now in the same little pasture area.  That’s all I’ve seen though.  It’s in town and not huntable property so as long as the coyotes and cars don’t get them they may help repopulate around here.

Seen another fawn this morning in a bean field with a doe.  Not seeing many bucks at all.

Quite a few fawns in our area. Several does with twins. No triplets.

Nice picture!

I have started to see a couple around now, mostly singles.  I have not seen any twins much less triplets.
At least I’m starting to see them.  Possibly hope for the future!

I was up at my place last Sunday to mow grass and left toward evening.  I probably saw a dozen does with one fawn between my place and route 100.  No twins or triplets and zero bucks.
