Looks like the 2015-2016 Duck Stamp will be going up to $ 25…..Pass the US House and Senate…

Probably not the only increase for hunting and fishing.  As long as it’s being spent wisely I’m good with it.  I just wish that it was

Any HOers chasing waterfowl the next couple of days?  I hope to bag a couple of greenheads with my dad in the next couple of days.  I have heard optimism for the next couple of days with this warm up, but you never know, that’s why they call it hunting.

CC, Lil freak is whacking some ducks but i still have yet to cook them and they taste decent…..Thinking ill stick too backstraps myself:)

WF, see the article the chef has in this month’s HO magazine.  He claims you leave the skin on the breast and fry it up and it will taste like a rib eye!!  I really do enjoy duck breast, but have my doubts on the rib eye!  Too bad our duck season is over and the ones I do have in the freezer are skinless.
