We always “dehydrate” a good bunch and the process em’ down to somewhat of a flaky/powdery consistancy and then put it into a lidded spice container, by doing this we always have fresh wild onion powder/herb mix on hand to add to chilis, meats, .....hell u name it and we put em’ on it! lol…....and then we also usually save some fresh ones to put in the freezer and also immediately after harvesting we put some in a glass o’ water in the fridge to munch on for the days to come! We usually manage to store up a cache to last a few months….....but….maybe….just maybe….... we might stock more this year….....ahaha….yes the prepper bug has bit me too….lol…...
