Arkansas guy catches a state record large mouth at 16 lbs 5 oz.  It was a state record until the goof ball decides to go get a fishing license hours AFTER he reportedly caught the fish.  Now he faces a bunch of fines and the bass is not a state record.

I saw this on Field and Stream a day or two before the allegations.  They had multiple pictures and X-Rays to determine it was not illegally stuffed for weight.  It’s sad to see that the fish was a true giant and was caught by someone who can’t even obey the law.  It said he claimed for 10 years he would catch the state record out of that lake.  If I were planning (and still planning after 10 years) to catch a state record, my first priority would be to have a valid license!  As the guys at ESPN would say, “C’mon man!”

If it runs, flies, or drives, I’m interested!

WOW! Such a shame people can’t do things the right way.
