When do you think they will start to pop in IL? Did not fair to well last season - so would be nice to a better one - this weather just has me confused.

I’ve heard they’re finding them in southern IL.  Not a lot but some.

Looks like the weather is going to be like a yo-yo; warm one day cold the next.  Anyone finding any grays in central IL?

Whoops, wasn’t trying to rat out your spot.  The siue spot is the only place in madison I heard folks finding them.  that place gets hammered every spring.

Anyone in the Madison county area that does not know about SIUE either has good private spots or does not hunt mushrooms.  I have plenty of success with the pressure. I will hit it up after my spots stop producing. hope this rain turns them on prior to the cold front moving in.
