Congratulations to me for being the first post in the Archery Hunting Forum. Hope everyone had a great season. There’s only 9 days left in the Illinois season. I hope to hunt at least 7 of them. I’ve still got 1 Buck tag left.

I don’t need any more deer in the freezer, but I will probably grab the bow for the last LWS.  Got a one in my group that will be Doe hunting and will go out with him so he isn’t out there by himself.  Won’t shoot anything unless its a monster mature.  Good luck to everyone.

I got a nice deer earlier in November but haven’t felt like going since December.  Might give it a go just to see what survived the slaughter.

Still got a buck tag to fill so I will be out there looking for my monster to come thru and checking up on the rest of the herd. I am only seeing him at night thanks to the camera but you just never know when your gonna get lucky! Good luck to all!

I haven’t been out too much this season so I’ll give it another go on the 15th

1st time in I don’t know how long I still have a tag this late in the season, usually I’m deciding if I should buy 1 more during the last weeks

Got 5 days left for myself.  Hope to drop one more for the freezer, doe or bruiser only.  Hitting it this weekend unfortunatly this mornings dusting of snow is melting away here in Jefferson Co.

I’ve hung up my bow for the year. We don’t need any more meat in the freezer. 3 deer killed in our 3-man hunting group. Not a bad year. No monsters though. I’m drinking and watching football this weekend. wink

My cameras are showing more dropped racks and for some strange reason, more broken racks as of last night.  Seems a little late to be getting aggressive.

I have been getting numerous pictures of bucks sparing. Had a cool picture with 2 small 8’s sparing directly in front of camera with 2 larger ones locked up behind them.
