How many will be hitting the stands this upcoming weekend with some future hunters?  I will be heading out with two of my own.

I will be for the last time. My youngest is 15. Already a seasoned bow hunter, he surprised me and said he wanted to hunt gun youth season. Can’t wait!

I am taking my 11 year old son hunting with my 10 and 7 year olds “observing”.  This has all the makings of a disaster.

Took my 8 yr old niece youth Spring turkey hunting. Even though she’s large for her age. Maturity and understanding gun responsibility wasn’t there.  Gonna have to wait til next fall. Have to teach them right. Safety first.

My 9yr old son & I will be out trying to see if he can continue to improve his hunting skills, after killing a nice 8pt on opening day of the regular firearm season last year, with his grandfathers muzzleloader.
We just bought him his own youth muzzleloader a couple weeks ago.

Good luck all !

My only grandchild just turned one over the summer, so it might be a little premature, lol.

Taking my 10 yr. old daughter out for her second youth hunt this weekend.  We didn’t have any luck last yr with the deer but we had fun anyway and that’s what really matters!!  Hoping we see a little more deer movement for her sake but personally I’ll just be happy to share the woods with her and enjoy the 1 on 1 time!!
Good Luck to all the youth hunters and parents/mentors this weekend!!!

I’ll be out with my oldest son. This is his second year hunting and hopefully it is as good as his first. Also taking a friend and his daughter. This will be her first time deer hunting and she is 15 so this will be her first and last chance at a youth hunt. Good luck everyone.
