WTF//Walmsley, ran into a gal today and her husband is turkey hunting Adams he either had 2nd 3rd or 3rd & 4th seasons, no luck on the birds but said he told her he had at least found a couple lbs. of schrooms. Not sure of where and didn’t ask where he was though.

he’s probably pickin the baby’s!  You know, 1” to 2” “grays” that would have been huge Yellows by next wkend had he left them!

Yes, they were greys but also stated that some were pretty decent size.

My wife and I searched 50 acres and found a big fat zero today.  Our son went in the back yard and found 20 in 10 minutes.  Go figure.

We found about 50 yesterday off 1 tree. After a week of checking they finally started to pop but just in that 1 spot. They were so fresh they were practically white. Some were good sized too. Looks like it’s about to start picking up where we’re at.

I finally found some decent numbers of mushrooms today! 2 1/2 Lbs with the majority being found under hedge trees. My brother found a little over 4 Lbs yesterday, mostly under elms. I also found a nice matched set of antlers off a 9 pointer and half a small 6 point. It was a good day

I struck out on Turkeys this weekend but found 2 pounds of morels in northern calhoun.  Most were old, like they popped when we had the warm weather last Tuesday.
