Me and the boy went out after we dropped the girl off at school. Only found about a half dozen. They were pretty dry, I think we need some rain before we get another flush.

I didn’t think little guys ever got clean. A guy that works with my buddy found 92 here in Sangamon yesterday mostly greys still, but I think he had to do quite a bit of walkin and went to 3-4 different spots. Hope we get the rain that we are supposed to get today through Friday. It is dry here and I really don’t want to take my ole lard behind out to just find a few.

I find kids are great at finding them as long as they stay focused…My best guess is they are closer to the ground and have a better angle of the dangle…

Sunday should be good if we get the rain we are promised.  Hopefully I will take one or both kids out Sunday.  Depends on who will get up early with me to go sit and listen for some gobblin.
